• Report will be sent to you via secure text. You will confirm your date of birth, last name and then will be able to create a 5 digit pin code. Please REMEMBER this as you will requited to put the same pin code you just created, to access the report in PDF format. Just scroll down and click download. You can then print it off your smart phone.

• In case of any issues, please come to our clinic to get a printed copy of your test results.
